CareMAR pricing: $79 a month per home
Short answer
CareMAR costs $79 per month per care home, for homes with up to 6 beds. Every home gets the whole product, including its own HIPAA fax number. There is no setup fee, no per-resident or per-caregiver fee, and no contract. Your first home gets a 14-day free trial.
The only add-on is SecureSign e-signature, at $19.95 per month per home, and it is off unless you turn it on.

Running more than one home
Every home is $79 a month, the first and every one you add under the same login. Each home has its own subscription, so you can add or close one without changing a plan. Homes with more than 6 beds are sized by request: email [email protected].
The optional add-on
SecureSign e-signature for admission packets and LIC forms is $19.95 a month per home. It includes 25 envelopes a month, and each one after that is $0.50. You can pause it for a month or cancel it at any time. The full terms are on the billing policy page.

How much does CareMAR cost?
One plan, one price per home: $79/month for a facility with up to 6 beds, and every additional home you run under the same login is the same $79/month. Every home gets the full product, its own fax number, and its own subscription you can cancel on its own. No per-resident fees, no setup fees, and no contracts. Medi-Cal ALW billing is included in every plan — there is no separate charge for waiver residents. One optional add-on is priced separately: SecureSign e-signature at $19.95/month per facility, off unless you turn it on. Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account gets one 14-day free trial, for its first home, with access to every feature. Homes you add later are billed from the day you add them, at the same $79/month. We do ask for a credit or debit card at sign-up, but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then with one click. You can also try the live demo right now without entering payment info: a quick sign-up form gets you an instant email link into a fully-loaded sample facility.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. CareMAR is billed monthly and renews until you cancel. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no minimum term. You can cancel any time from Account, Plan and billing, and the home stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
Is the fax number included?
Yes. Every home gets its own HIPAA fax number as part of the $79/month. Pharmacy orders and doctors' faxes arrive in the home's inbox and are matched to the resident. There is no separate fax plan.
Do I pay per resident or per caregiver?
No. The price is per home, not per resident or per user. A home with up to 6 beds is $79/month whether it has two residents or six, and the caregiver app for iPhone and Android is included.
What does the SecureSign add-on cost?
SecureSign e-signature is optional and costs $19.95/month per home. It includes 25 envelopes a month; each extra envelope is $0.50. One envelope is one send to both signers, however many forms it holds. You can pause it for a month or cancel it any time.
What if my home has more than 6 beds?
Plans cover homes with up to 6 beds. Homes with 7–15 or 16+ beds have custom pricing: book a live Google Meet demo at caremar.org/demo, and we'll walk through whether CareMAR fits your home and price it with you.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
After your subscription ends, your home stays signed in, viewable and exportable for 14 days, and is then deleted. We email you the day it ends and 7, 3 and 1 day before deletion. The facility owner downloads one password-protected file with every resident's records, the full MAR history, forms, uploaded files and received faxes.
